Appointments are available from Monday to Thursday between 8.30am and 5.15pm. On a Friday appointments are available between 8.30 am and 4.00pm. We offer late appointments on alternate Wednesday evenings until 7.00pm.
We ensure all patients are sent a text reminder for scheduled appointments and for recalling for their next examination, where possible. If you would like a postal or email reminder this can be arranged at reception.
Reception hours vary, as we try to take a lunch break between 1.00 and 2.00pm.
We are happy to accept new patients on our dental plan or as fee paying private patients. We do accept NHS patients if we have capacity to do so. We do try and offer children free treatment on the NHS.

We schedule emergency slots daily to ensure we can offer our patients emergency treatment. Please telephone the practice as early as possible on 01625 574609. Please call the same number for out of hours arrangements.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
As valued patients here in Bollington, we appreciate you have busy lives which may mean you may not always be able to attend your dental appointments. We do send text reminders of your appointments. Please ensure that we have your correct contact details for this service. If you do need to cancel, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will endeavour to rearrange your appointment.
Please note that failure to attend an appointment or giving inadequate notice of cancellation (i.e. less than 24hrs) means that we are unable to offer the appointment to other patients and therefore a charge may be incurred. Patients missing or cancelling appointments at short notice may not be offered routine appointments again.
For those patients who have dental care provided under the NHS, should you miss an appointment or give less than 24hrs notice on more than two occasions, you will no longer be offered further appointments.
For those patients that pay for their treatment on a pay as you go basis, should you miss an appointment or give less than 24hrs notice you may be charged, depending on the length of the appointment missed.
Cash, cheque, debit and credit cards are accepted. We do ask for payment to be made if treatment is carried out on the same day. Please contact reception for an up to date fee guide.
