Signing up starts your Direct Debit, but your membership does not activate straight away.
Before your plan can officially activate, you must have (or have already had) a new patient examination at the standard fee, and be assessed by one of our dentists as dentally fit. We’ll confirm your membership is active once this is complete.
New to the practice? You can book your new patient examination with Dr Ellie Burrows online (£89, including any X-rays needed), any time of day or night.

Plan members get 10% off food and drink at the Cock and Pheasant, our neighbours next door on Bollington Road, for seven days after every appointment.
Just ask at reception for your card when you are next in and we will give you one. Show it at the bar, and that is the whole thing.

What happens next
- Choose your plan and complete the secure Direct Debit sign-up.
- If you haven’t already, book your new patient examination online or call us on 01625 574609.
- Once you’ve been assessed as dentally fit, we confirm your membership is active and your plan benefits begin.
Sign-up is handled securely by Patient Plan Direct via Direct Debit, protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. You can cancel at any time by contacting your bank or building society and letting us know. Membership activation is subject to a new patient examination at the standard fee and a dental fitness assessment. If you have any questions, call us on 01625 574609.
Bollington Dental Plan 1
Everything you need to stay on top of your dental health, for less than the cost of a coffee a week.
- ✓Annual dental health examination, a thorough yearly check-up including a mouth cancer screen, so anything is caught early.
- ✓2 hygiene visits a year (20 minutes each), a professional scale and polish to keep your gums healthy and your smile fresh.
- ✓All routine X-rays included, with no surprise add-ons at your check-ups.
- ✓15% off further routine treatment, including emergency appointments if you ever need them.
- ✓Up to £10,000 emergency cover through the Global Dental A&E Scheme, for worldwide dental accident, emergency and out-of-hours protection.
- ✓10% off next door at the Cock and Pheasant for seven days after every appointment.

Bollington Dental Plan 2
Our most complete plan, with extra hygiene care for a healthier, brighter, more confident smile.
- ✓Annual dental health examination, a thorough yearly check-up including a mouth cancer screen, so anything is caught early.
- ✓4 hygiene visits a year (30 minutes each), more frequent and deeper cleaning for the best possible gum health and a noticeably fresher smile.
- ✓All routine X-rays included, with no surprise add-ons at your check-ups.
- ✓15% off further routine treatment, including emergency appointments if you ever need them.
- ✓Up to £10,000 emergency cover through the Global Dental A&E Scheme, for worldwide dental accident, emergency and out-of-hours protection.
