Whatever brings you to us, every course of treatment starts the same way: a thorough dental examination (£89 for new patients, including X-rays) so we can give you honest advice before anything else. From there, we offer the full range of care under one roof in Bollington, minutes from Macclesfield.

Keeping your smile healthy. Routine examinations, hygiene appointments and Airflow stain removal, with composite fillings, root canal treatment and tooth extraction when treatment is needed. If something hurts today, see our emergency dentist page.

Improving how your smile looks. Teeth whitening with Philips Zoom, composite bonding for chips and gaps, composite veneers and porcelain veneers, and discreet teeth straightening with ClearCorrect clear aligners.

Replacing missing teeth. Dental implants placed and restored in-house, plus crowns and bridges and modern, comfortable dentures.

Fantastic care. My teenage daughter broke her front tooth badly. Within 4 hours of calling they were able to squeeze in an emergency appointment and Ellie & the team did the most fantastic cosmetic repair such that it looked like nothing had happened at all. I came into the practise in an emergency as my 2 year old had knocked her 2 top teeth out at nursery. Bollington Practice saw us straight away and were so patient with me & my child when we were distressed. They went above and beyond to make sure she was okay & gave excellent care. I lost a filling on my front tooth last evening. I rang at 8.30am today, spoke to Sarah who was lovely ( as always). Appointment for 9.40am with Ellie and dental nurse(apologies for not remembering your name). By 10am it was all fixed and replaced and I was delighted with the results. Professional, friendly and efficient. You can’t ask for more than that.

Myself and my family have been coming to Bollington Dental Practice for years and to say they are great, is an understatement! My two children feel so comfortable in the practice and enjoy coming, which is a testament to everyone as we know how a lot of children can feel about visiting a dentist! They come in, make themselves at home and enjoy learning about their teeth and what the dentists are doing! Sarah the Practice Manager is absolutely brilliant, we have such a laugh when speaking with her, on the phone and in person and she’s always so welcoming and accommodating to fit all of our busy schedules in! Myself and my husband recently had a hygienist appointment with Molly and Deb who we haven’t been to before, who were just brilliant! Their knowledge and advice was second to none and again just an enjoyable experience with us chatting away the whole time! Thanks again everyone! X

I am one of those people who is genuinely frightened of going to the dentists, until its absolutely necessary.I used to see Mr King at BDP, who was so good at making me feel at ease and helping me get through any dental treatment. When Mr King retired I was reluctant to return to the practice.However I started to experience pain and had to attend and have treatment. Ellie Burrows was my allocated dentist.Ellie is the most amazing dentist, she takes time to explain each procedure , giving information in a clear and concise way. I was encouraged to ask questions and to take time to think about the treatment.Ellie gives injections that can't be felt going into your gums, she uses drills ( my biggest phobia ) like feathers.I really can't recommend her highly enough, and during a root canal treatment I managed to fall asleep.I think Debbie 🤔 is Ellie's dental assistant, she was also so welcoming and professional.I can't thank them enough and would recommend them for managing my fears and insecurities, and making my visits such a positive experience.Thank you Bollington dental practice x

Excellent practice, knowledgable empathetic staff. Alison Clough was my dentist for more years than I care to remember! A tough act to follow .... BUT - Ellie Burrows is professional, transparent regarding treatment ahead of starting, thorough - and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. For a difficult extraction the dentist performed then analysed carefully an X ray, steering me prudently towards a specialist. She gave me a free post-extraction follow up session, with very clear and thoughtful advice on a potential implant or a dental plate. I was impressed.

Went in last week to get a set of retainers for whitening, it was so high tech that I didn't even have to have those horrible gel trays! They just scanned my teeth, it was much easier!
