Appointments and Opening Hours.
We offer appointments Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm, and on Fridays from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Reception hours may vary slightly, as our team typically takes a lunch break between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
Appointment Reminders
We aim to make it as easy as possible to manage your dental care. Patients receive text or email reminders for upcoming appointments and recall exams. If you prefer a reminder by post or email only, please speak to our reception team to arrange this. Don’t forget to keep your contact details up to date so we can stay in touch.
New Patients Welcome
We are pleased to welcome new patients, either as part of our dental plan or on a private pay-as-you-go basis.
Please note that we are not currently accepting new NHS patients. Existing NHS patients continue to receive their care as usual, and wherever possible we aim to offer NHS care for children free of charge.

Emergency Appointments
We reserve daily emergency slots to ensure prompt care when urgent treatment is needed.
Please call us as early as possible on 01625 574 609 to arrange an emergency appointment.
For out-of-hours dental emergencies, please call the same number for further instructions.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We understand that life can be busy, and sometimes plans change. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another patient.
Missed or late cancellations can significantly impact access for others, especially during periods of high demand. Prompt treatment often leads to better outcomes – early intervention is key in dental care.
NHS Patients
Patients receiving NHS care who miss or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice on two occasions may no longer be eligible for further NHS appointments. You will be informed of this in writing after each missed appointment.
Private Patients
Private patients who miss or cancel late may be charged a fee, depending on the length of the appointment and at the discretion of the dentist.
We send text or email reminders to help reduce missed appointments – please ensure we have your up-to-date contact information.
