Myself and my family have been coming to Bollington Dental Practice for years and to say they are great, is an understatement! My two children feel so comfortable in the practice and enjoy coming, which is a testament to everyone as we know how a lot of children can feel about visiting a dentist! They come in, make themselves at home and enjoy learning about their teeth and what the dentists are doing! Sarah the Practice Manager is absolutely brilliant, we have such a laugh when speaking with her, on the phone and in person and she’s always so welcoming and accommodating to fit all of our busy schedules in! Myself and my husband recently had a hygienist appointment with Molly and Deb who we haven’t been to before, who were just brilliant! Their knowledge and advice was second to none and again just an enjoyable experience with us chatting away the whole time! Thanks again everyone! X

I am one of those people who is genuinely frightened of going to the dentists, until its absolutely necessary. I used to see Mr King at BDP, who was so good at making me feel at ease and helping me get through any dental treatment. When Mr King retired I was reluctant to return to the practice. However I started to experience pain and had to attend and have treatment. Ellie Burrows was my allocated dentist. Ellie is the most amazing dentist, she takes time to explain each procedure , giving information in a clear and concise way. I was encouraged to ask questions and to take time to think about the treatment. Ellie gives injections that can't be felt going into your gums, she uses drills ( my biggest phobia ) like feathers. I really can't recommend her highly enough, and during a root canal treatment I managed to fall asleep. I think Debbie 🤔 is Ellie's dental assistant, she was also so welcoming and professional. I can't thank them enough and would recommend them for managing my fears and insecurities, and making my visits such a positive experience. Thank you Bollington dental practice x

For a difficult extraction the dentist performed then analysed carefully an X ray, steering me prudently towards a specialist. She gave me a free post-extraction follow up session, with very clear and thoughtful advice on a potential implant or a dental plate. I was impressed.

I joined the practices monthly payment scheme which covers annual inspection and hygiene visits, therefore have looked after my teeth ever since. Fabulous service. I had a tooth extracted and the pain got worse over 3 weeks. I rang up and was offered a same day appointment which I couldn’t make. I went the following morning and Ellie x-rayed the area, rinsed it out (as I had a small infection) then prescribed me antibiotics which seem to be working well, 2 days later.

I have been coming to this practice since I was a little girl. And even moving to Macclesfield 27 years ago I was not going to change to a Macclesfield dentist as this is without a shadow of a doubt the best dental practice in the area. The entire staff here are amazing very helpful, professional and very friendly I have known them a long time. Special mention to my dentist Alison who is very professional, friendly helpful and excellent in what she does in her line of work. And always makes me feel at ease and relaxed. Thanks to all at Bollington Dental, always a pleasure.

Excellent team and very professional. My normal dentist is David King who takes exceptional care with nervous patients. I have recently had some restorative work done with Heather Belfield which has been done to a very high standard and actually looks better than the original due to the time and care taken.

I’ve been coming to this practice for years. Everyone is so friendly and if you’re feeling anxious you’re not made to feel silly! Everything is explained well and you don’t feel pushed into having unnecessary treatment. Keep on doing what you’re doing 😃

I have been attending Bollington Dental surgery since I was a little girl. The Dentists, nurses and desk staff have always looked after me, made me feel comfortable and explained treatments to me in simple terms. They now look after my children too, who have both had to be referred to orthodontist and are now back under Heathers care. They really are amazing, kind, professional people. Highly recommended.

About twenty-five years ago, after neglecting my dental health for far too long due to a fear of dentistry, I had the good fortune to be referred to David King and the team at Bollington Dental Practice. Mr King performed wonders to save my teeth that were close to unsustainable. However, with his good management and skill, reinforced with regular maintenance by hygienists at the practice, any embarrassment about the condition of my teeth has long since been a thing of the past. Nevertheless, over the past year, a front tooth had started to loosen and I reluctantly agreed that bridging the tooth was the best option. Then I was faced not just with concern about the treatment but also about the outcome. I need not have been concerned on either count. The work was carried out with care and professionalism, as ever, and the outcome was, to me, incredible. Needless to say, I have nothing but praise for everyone at Bollington Dental Practice. Clearly for Mr King, but also the hygienists, nurses and reception staff, and if my experience is anything to go by I'm confident that the other dentist's at Bollington Dental Practice are excellent as well.

Dr King is an amazing dentist, he is very good at setting you at ease and is the perfect dentist for anyone who is nervous or reluctant. I have had a few fillings over the years and I can be a bit anxious but he always makes it an easy and positive experience. I would seriously recommend him. The practice is lovely and has plenty of parking, the receptionist is so nice, it is the best dentist I have ever even heard of!
